Conditions for accepting an exchange or return:




• The consumer must not have used the product or obtained any benefit from it


• The return or exchange process must be within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product


• Returned product must be in good condition with original labels and packaging


• The product must be in its original condition and packaging with all accessories included with it




The product is inspected after receiving it and the inspection process takes 1-3 working days. After confirming that the product is in good condition, the amount will be returned within a maximum of 15 working days to the customer or a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned or exchanged goods.
